- The Online Learning Portal creates specific learning training programs for various learning groups, including training modules, assessments, and other resources.
- Learners are able to track their progress and collaborate with other learners.
Where can I find the Special Olympics Online Learning Portal?
- Access the Learning Portal at learn.specialolympics.org.
Who can create an account? ?
- Everyone! It’s free!
How can I create an account?
- Navigate to learn.specialolympics.org and select your chosen Learning Area from the drop-down menu. learn.specialolympics.org
- Next, you should select “Don’t have an account? Create One” and follow the instructions provided.
- You will create your password using OKTA, so look out for an email from noreply@okta.com.
How do the Special Olympics Learning Areas work?
- While you can access all parts of the Online Learning Portal from learn.specialolympics.org, there are two different registration forms based on the information needed.
- Health, Sport, and Protective Behaviors are together as a single area.
- Unified Champion Schools is a separate area
- This allows us to be able to gather information on the learner’s school district and school
- Your username and password will be the same .
- To access the learning in both areas, you do need to complete the two separate registration forms.
How to navigate the Online Learning Portal?

- All courses that are assigned to you or you’ve opted into
- Catalogue
- All courses that are available for you to take.
- Training History
- All courses you have finished or are currently taking
